Workspaces
Every Topify.ai account belongs to at least one workspace (team). A workspace is created automatically when you first sign in. All projects, prompts, competitors, and generated content belong to a workspace.
A user can belong to multiple workspaces — for example, an agency operator working with several clients, or a contractor on more than one team. Switch between them from the workspace selector in the sidebar.
Inviting team members
To add someone to your workspace:
Go to team settings
Navigate to Management > Members in the platform.
Enter their email
Type the email address of the person you want to invite.
Send the invite
If the person already has a Topify.ai account, they are added instantly. If not, they receive an invitation email with a verification code to create their account and join your workspace.
Invitation codes expire after 10 minutes. If the invite expires, you can re-send it from the members page.
Removing members
Admins can remove any member from the workspace. Viewers can only remove themselves. The last remaining admin cannot be removed.
To remove a member, go to Management > Members, find the person, and click remove.
Seat limits
The number of members your workspace can have depends on your plan. For current per-plan seat allowances, see the pricing page. If your workspace is at its seat limit, you need to either upgrade your plan or remove an existing member before adding a new one.
Permissions
Topify has two roles: admin and viewer.

Viewers are read-only and can only see the projects you explicitly grant them access to — useful for clients, executives, or contractors who need visibility into specific projects without the ability to make changes.
Admins have full access across the workspace. The workspace creator is the billing owner and manages the subscription by default; other admins can be added as needed.
FAQ
Invite email never arrived — what do I do?
Ask the invitee to check spam first; most missing invites end up there. Then verify the email address on the members page is right, and re-send (invite codes expire after 10 minutes). If they already have a Topify account at that email, they’re added automatically and just need to sign in.
Can one person be in multiple workspaces?
Yes. The same email can be a member of multiple workspaces simultaneously. Switch between them from the workspace selector in the sidebar.
What can admins and viewers each do?
Admins have full access — manage projects, prompts, competitors, billing, and use the AI agent. Viewers are read-only, can only see the projects you explicitly grant access to, and cannot use the agent or generate content. See the Permissions table above for the full breakdown.
